Is this type of adventure for me?

Everything has its time. Ask yourself the following questions to determine if embarking on such an inner expedition is the right thing to do for you right now:

  • Do I sometimes experience feelings like anger, shame, sadness and they seem to take over control of my entire system (and making me do or say things I regret afterwards)?
  • Do I rather suppress uncomfortable feelings?
  • Do I engage in compensation strategies (food, alcohol, work, social media,…) to avoid uncomfortable feelings?
  • Do I have family or friends I can share my emotional struggles with?
  • Am I tired of having the same or similar outcomes? (romantic relationships, family 
  • Am I ready to take responsibility for my personal growth and profound healing but don’t really know where to start?
